More about Steve Burch
Steve has more than 28 years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Steve held a number of key strategic marketing roles with Pulte/Del Webb. Earning a Lifetime Achievement Award along the way, some of Steve's achievements while at Pulte include: development the company's consumer segmentation process (the Target Consumer Group model); development and administration of the company's market positioning and strategy process (the Operational Strategic Planning Process); development of the firm's Consumer Satisfaction Measurement Process. Steve was also a key driver of Pulte’s brand structuring from the development of the brand structure to the integration of Del Webb and Centex. Prior to joining Pulte, Steve held several advertising, product research, market strategy and sales analysis positions with Chrysler Corporation. Consumer intelligence and deep consumer analysis are abiding, lifelong passions for Steve. It is this passion that Steve now brings to the John Burns team as he joins the excellent group of consultants and researchers at the firm. Steve holds a master’s degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University where he is ABD for a PhD.
