Cliff brings over 15 years of experience in the craft of new homes sales. Starting as a sales assistant at Shea Homes Colorado he was promoted sales associate and then to sales manager after a successful selling career. After 7 plus years with Shea Homes Cliff became the sales manager at Meritage Homes Colorado where he was recognized in 2011 by the Denver Homebuilders Association as Sales Manager of the Year. Over 3 years he was promoted to Vice President of Sales in the division helping to grow the division into one of the most respected in the Denver market. In 2013 he accepted the opportunity to become the National Vice President of Sales Training for Meritage Homes where he is responsible for the development and execution of sales training and sales related efforts across 17 divisions. Cliff believes sales don't happen by luck and the strategy and execution of sales technique is critical to the success of any new home sales venture!
