Windsong Properties Chief Operations Officer Carrie Roeger represents the new generation of Active Adult homebuilders, having started with the company and gaining experience in a variety of corporate positions, including Purchasing, Marketing Manager, Vendor Relations Specialist, and Operations Manager, throughout her 14-year tenure with the company. Her background has enabled her to gain a unique perspective of the Baby Boomer real estate market in terms of corporate strategy as well as buyer preferences.
Using insights she gleaned during the various changes to the home building landscape, Carrie has been instrumental in creating sales, marketing, and strategic plans that allow continued success, regardless of economic or competitive influences.
A native of Wisconsin, Carrie spent five years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her service, she attended the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Finance. In 2017, Carrie enrolled in a graduate program at Jack Welch Management Institute, where she is currently pursuing her Executive MBA.
A member of the National Association of Homebuilders 55+ Housing Council, Carrie has been appointed to the organization’s Board of Trustees and is currently the Second Vice-Chair of the organization (2020 IBS)
