Amy Martino, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CAASH Principal and owner of Building Site Synergy, LLC has focused her 25+ year career on the design and master planning of communities and residential homes from high-density multi-family buildings to all types of low to mid density homes. Her substantial portfolio focuses on complex urban and suburban infill, mixed use redevelopment, waterfront, 55+ Lifestyle communities and clubhouses. Ms. Martino has designed and documented a range of housing types, from single family homes and cluster housing through mid and high-rise buildings for both for-sale and rental communities. Amy is a frequent presenter to national and regional forums and has been featured in many national articles and publications. At the national level Amy is a 2011-2016 NAHB 50+ Housing Council Board of Trustee, the 2015-2016 NAHB Professional Women in Building (PWB) Area 3 Trustee and PWB Liaison for the NAHB Student Chapters. Amy is also a member of the NAHB Building Codes & Standards Subcommittee 2015-2016. At the State Level, Amy has been a member of the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center (PHRC) Operations Committee and Industry Advisory Council and Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) Uniform Construction Committee (UCC), membership, PWB and Workforce Housing Training committees and the 2016 NAHB Alternate Associate State Director. She is active at her local Bucks & Montgomery Counties HBA as a member of the Board of Directors, PWB and the Education and Outreach Committee.
