    • Examine the allowable scope of indemnity (i.e. whether a party can be obligated to indemnify another party for its own fault, whether a party can be obligated to indemnify another party who is partially at fault)
    • Review the language owners and contractors should look for in their contracts to maximize their ability to transfer risk and minimize their exposure to another party’s risk
