  1. Be fully engaged in all aspects of the program, from recruiter training and onboarding to drive preparation and new member follow-up.
  2. Recruit at least four team captains. Captains, in turn, are charged with filling their teams with a total of at least four members.
  3. Provide incentives to those brought in through the two-day program.
  4. Schedule the following time for your association:
    • Virtual pre-training with the EO/staff and team captains
    • 3-4 hour training session for all teams and staff taking part in the membership drive
    • One kick-off event prior the start of the membership drive and one concluding event to celebrate the success
    • Two-day membership drive between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (members commit to only one 2-hour shift).
  5. Willingness to follow the process as closely as possible with some flexibility to account for local flavor.
  6. I have the support of my president/leadership in applying for this test program

NAHB will work with the five selected HBAs to organize and execute a detailed and robust fall membership drive using established and proven techniques employed by other HBAs.
