MIRM candidates are required to write a marketing case study focusing on a new home community which is then peer-reviewed for approval. We’ve gathered the following sample case studies for guidance on what is required. The study also should include exhibits, copies of advertising, brochures, home plans and other documentation as outlined in the MIRM Case Study Workbook, as well as the MIRM Case Study Guidelines and Criteria.
