Benefits of Growth

The assessment of growth by municipalities is often very one-sided and only looks at the costs of growth. In fact, there is another side to the growth equation — the benefits. The resources here provide quantitative and qualitative information on the benefits of residential growth. The resources look at one-time and recurring jobs and taxes that are generated for the locality and region.
