About the NAHB Home Technology Alliance (HTA)

The Home Technology Alliance (HTA) brings together housing industry professionals to create the optimal home experience powered by technology. This program is aligned to NAHB’s vision of all Americans having access to the housing of their choice. HTA strives to create an environment where home dwellers from every segment of housing--custom, production, multifamily, 50+ and remodeling--have the opportunity to experience an automated and connected home environment. A goal is to improve business processes of builders and remodelers and support the association’s vision.
