The High Production Home Builders council (HPHBC) is an affiliated part of NAHB that brings together the national production builders, in an organization that allows them to work together, along with NAHB and the state and local associations, to further shared industry priorities. Beyond serving as a forum to discuss issues affecting big builders and the industry as whole, the HPHBC also provides an organizational structure to allow more proactive responses to industry problems.
