Online Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) Courses
Master the craft of successful selling. These professional-level courses are designed for specialists in new home sales. You will gain a broad understanding of the home building business, discuss consumer psychology and learn the advanced techniques that real estate veterans use for greeting, closing and overcoming objections.
While the core content is the same as that of the in-person course, the dynamic online versions contain on-screen text, downloadable resources, a transcript of the course and a discussion forum where you can pose questions, share perspectives and enhance what you’ve learned. Online courses offer the flexibility of taking them when you want and at your own pace.
You will need to complete CSP I: The Art and Science of Selling, CSP II: Understanding New Home Construction and CSP III: Selling Skills for the New Home Sales Professional, as well as achieve a score of 70% to pass and to qualify for the designation.
Building professionals are busy people. NAHB knows how difficult it is to make time for even the most compelling courses, seminars and workshops. And that is why NAHB gives you options to achieve your CSP designation. You can complete all three modules at one time or you can take a module at a time as your schedule permits. But either route will lead you to your CSP, the first designation available through the Institute of Residential Marketing.
