Mr. Harris builds as a subcontractor and general contractor on private and public projects.  He serves on the Planning and Zoning Commisssion and as a Commissioner of the Public Building Commission in Newton, Kansas.  Mr. Harris is the moderator of the audio seminar.  

 

W. Fred Hoppe, Hoppe Homes LP, in Lincoln, Nebraska. Mr. Hoppe is a partner at Hoppe & Harner, LLP where he concentrates his practice in real estate agency, transactions and development. He also owns and manages Hoppe Homes, LP and as a builder and developer of affordable and low income tax credit housing, is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).  Hoppe is President of Hoppe, Inc. a real estate ownership, operation and development company that owns and manages residential and commercial properties.

 

Dennis C. Ehlers, Partner, Government Contracts Practice Group, McManus, Schor, Asmar & Darden, LLP, in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Ehlers represents government contractors in bid protests, disputes, and claims before state and federal boards of contract appeals, the Government Accountability Office, Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He also represents large and small commercial contractors in construction and other fields with contract issues/disputes/litigation.  

 

Natalie Hansen, Vice President of Construction and Director of Strategic Procurement, Actus Lend Lease,  in Nashville, TN.  Actus Lend Lease specializes in privatized miltary housing.  Its procurement program will award labor and materials contracts in excess of $750 million in the fiscal year 2008.  Additionally, Ms. Hansen oversees the strategic development of national alliances with vendors that can service the company's needs across the United States.
