  • Tom Stephani, President of Stephani Enterprises, Inc. and Custom Construction Concepts in Crystal Lake, Illinois develops commercial and residential land and constructs light commercial projects along with custom homes and traditional neighborhood infill projects. Mr. Stephani is a contributing writer to Custom Builder Magazine and currently serves on the NAHB Custom Builder Committee, and is the Vice Chair of the National Sales & Marketing Council.

  • Troy Taylor, President of The Algon Group in Atlanta, Georgia specializes in financial analysis and advice in complex and challenging situations. Mr. Taylor has held various investment banking positions and has advised numerous homebuilders on their options and is considered one of the industry’s leading restructuring experts.

    , Principal of Robichaud Associates in Laconia, New Hampshire. Mr. Robichaud has 40 years of experience in senior management positions at homebuilding and development companies.
