Rick Judson, CGP Chairman
Rick Judson, a builder and developer from Charlotte, N.C. is NAHB’s Chairman of the Board. He is owner of Evergreen Development. He has founded and successfully operated several businesses including entities that have developed land and built numerous single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects.
Kevin Kelly, a builder and developer from Wilmington, Del. is NAHB's First Vice Chairman of the Board. He is President of Leon N. Weiner & Associates, Inc. and has more than 30 years of experience in the building industry which includes land development, multifamily and single-family home building, and property management.
Tom Woods, a builder in Blue Springs, Mo., is NAHB's Second Vice Chairman of the Board. He is president of Woods Custom Homes, a company he founded in 1974. His firm has developed scores of communities and more than 1,000 homes in the Greater Kansas City area.
Ed Brady, NAHB’s 2013 Third Vice Chairman of the Board, is a home builder and developer from Bloomington, Ill. A second generation home builder, he is president of Brady Homes Illinois, one of the largest home building firms in central Illinois, which has developed 20 residential communities throughout the state, built more than 1,800 single-family homes and developed more than 2,000 single-family lots.
Barry Rutenberg, CGP Immediate Past Chairman of the Board
Barry Rutenberg is NAHB’s Immediate Past Chairman of the Board. He is a third-generation builder in Gainesville, Fla. who has built more than 1,000 homes during a 35-year career, and earned a reputation for quality construction and exceptional customer satisfaction.
With more than 25 years of lobbying and association experience in Washington, D.C., Jerry Howard is NAHB's Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was the Senior Staff Vice President of NAHB's Government Affairs Division.
