The judging panel for the 2009 Pillars of the Industry Awards specifically lauded Bozzuto Management’s focus on hiring service-minded, energetic employees, giving them ample training and education, trusting them to deliver great service, and giving them a career ladder for advancement. The company’s 650 employees manage 25,000 units in 86 properties nationwide, and all of those beyond the lease-up stage have occupancy rates higher than 93 percent.
