Marketing to the Active Adult

Marketing housing to people who are age 55 or better is different from marketing to first-time and move-up homebuyers. The motivations, challenges, and expectations of the active adult consumer are often unique. They are moving into new life stages and respond best to marketing that addresses their generational identities, needs, wants, and aspirations. This course will give housing professionals a greater understanding of marketing strategies to help move active adults toward purchase. Special emphasis is placed on Internet marketing strategies that are effective in reaching and motivating active adults. Course Objectives By completing this course, participants will be able to: ?
