I received my MIRM designation because I want to know EVERYTHING about our industry and the MIRM program was a great way to add to my education! I took all four courses and wrote my case study in one year. The most valuable part of the experience was writing the case study which helped me pull together the information from all four classes. I highly recommend the MIRM courses because they give a broad understanding of what it takes to create revenue from dirt to dollars. It doesn’t get any better than that!

After working for over a year in general brokerage and getting nowhere, I got a chance to sit onsite and substitute for the regular agent who had retired. I had nearly immediate success but when asked, “where was the next sale coming from?” I realized two things. First, I had no idea. Second, I needed to find out. Fortunately, within weeks of starting, the CSP course was offered by my SMC. I took the course and received Rookie of the Year honors, thanks to the tools I received from the CSP course.
