The NAHB 50+ Housing Council supports members by providing nationally recognized educational programs, industry research, networking opportunities, specialized publications, awards and recognition programs, and regulatory and legislative assistance to 50+ housing professionals.
To join the 50+ Housing Council, you must be a member of NAHB. Check out the list of local 50+ Housing Councils to see if your local or state HBA operates a local council. If a local or regional council is not yet available in your area, you can join via an at-large membership for $85.

Join online. Any NAHB member who is logged into our Web site can become an at-large Council member online. If you aren't logged in, or don't have your PIN number (which you will need in order to log in), simply call our Member Services staff at 800-368-5242 x0. They'll walk you through the process. Once you get your username and password, log in to www.nahb.org and then go to www.nahb.org/join50plus.
