The Member Dashboard serves as your portal to www.nahb.org. It is visible when you first log into www.nahb.org and the Dashboard provides quick and easy access to important tools and information available through www.nahb.org.
For example, through the Dashboard you can create your own itinerary for upcoming Board of Director meetings, check your messages and view the most-recent housing statistics available.
The Dashboard also allows you to edit your profile and see the www.nahb.org pages you have marked as your Favorites.
How do I use the Dashboard?
When you log into www.nahb.org and view the homepage, the Member Dashboard will automatically be displayed. When you log into www.nahb.org and view any Web page besides the homepage, the Dashboard will automatically be hidden.
You can view or hide the Dashboard by clicking either "Show" (if the Dashboard is already hidden) or "Hide" (if the Dashboard is already shown).
It's important to note the Dashboard does not replace or hide anything on the Web page you are currently viewing. When your Dashboard is showing, it is simply pushing down the Web page you are viewing, so that the Dashboard may be displayed. You can leave your Dashboard showing and still view the Web page you are at by scrolling down to view what is below your Dashboard.
To add a Web page to your Favorites, so that it will display in your Dashboard, simply click "Favorite," located on the top right of any Web page at www.nahb.org. To view your messages, located in the Inbox on the Dashboard, just click on the message.
If you want to edit your Profile, click "Profile" located in the top right of the Dashboard. From here, you will be able to change your username, password and edit your Content Preferences.
