Curriculum and other Requirements:
- Successfully complete 3 required courses in the Active Adult Professional Development Series
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the 50+ housing field
- Adhere to the CAASH Code of Ethics
Required Courses (3):
Associated Fees:
- Local course fees: determined by the local HBA
- Graduation fee: $145 members, $245 non-members
- Renewal fee: $50 annually for members, $75 for non-members
Continuing Education Requirements:
- 6 Continuing Education (CE) hours every 3 years (from date of graduation)
