HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the “Enter to Win” promotion (the “Contest”), entrants must complete the online "Enter To Win" form at www.nahb.org/EnterToWin which requires all entrants' to enter their NAHB username. Or, to have a login and entry created for you, submit your entry on a 3"x5" card with your hand-printed name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, and a password of 5-12 characters to: NAHB "Enter to Win Promotion", 1201 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005 c/o Carrie Conrad. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between Jan. 1, 2010 - Jan. 31, 2010 and received no later than Feb. 8, 2010. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Rules and understand that a username and password will be created for them on www.nahb.org. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
PRIZE:
The prize for this Contest is a $250 Lowe's® gift card. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will take place on or around February 15, 2010. The winner will be notified by e-mail promptly after the drawing. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the full and sole responsibility of the winner. Prize consists of only the item specifically named as the prize.
ELIGIBILITY:
This Contest is offered only to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be an active NAHB builder member, associate member, affiliate member, HBA staff member, or HBA Executive Officer at the time of the entry and create, or have created for them, a username and password for the www.nahb.org Web site using a valid e-mail address.
The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees, agents, and representatives of NAHB, and members of their immediate families, and others living in the same household. Eligibility is limited to one entry per person. If multiple entries are received, only one entry will be considered and additional entries will be disqualified. The winner will be required to sign and return to NAHB a declaration of eligibility and release.
DISQUALIFICATION:
If the potential winner does not reply to the prize notification within the time period specified in the notification or if the e-mail notice of winning is undeliverable within seven days from the date of prize notification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If an otherwise qualified winner declines to accept the prize, NAHB shall hold another random drawing to select an alternate winner.
PRIVACY:
All names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with or sold to any other persons or organizations. You will not be contacted in any way as a result of your participation unless you are the winner.
