According to NAHB's forecast, there will be 76.6 million Americans ages 55 and older by 2010 and the number will expand to 85.3 million by 2014 – one-quarter of the total population. The demand for housing for the 50+ market will continue to grow, although this segment has been impacted by current economic conditions and the housing downturn.
 
The NAHB 50+ Housing Council is proud to offer a schedule of new web and audio seminars offering the latest information on 50+ housing, including a look at key trends. Whether your issues are financial, legislative/regulatory or relate to sales and marketing, the NAHB 50+ Housing Council provides you with the tools you need to stay ahead of the curve in the evolving 50+ housing market.
