National Sales and Marketing Council Membership
NSMC membership is only available to NAHB members. To join, start locally: there may be a Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) at an HBA near you. If one is available, sign up! By becoming a member at your local SMC, you also become a member of the National Sales & Marketing Council. If your local HBA does not have an SMC, you can join NSMC directly as an at-large member for $50 per year. You’ll still receive the same benefits.
Benefits Available to National Sales and Marketing Council Members
The NSMC is exclusively dedicated to the selling and marketing of new homes. Take advantage of resources such as education training programs or earning one of four prestigious designations. Historically, members who earn a designation tend to see significant increases in their annual sales.
NSMC membership also includes discounted application and admission rates to The Nationals, the nation's largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities.
During the NAHB International Builders’ Show®, NSMC hosts a variety of activities in the Sales Central. The setting is informal and designed for group discussions and one-on-one networking. It’s the perfect place to meet your next business partner or client.
