Conference Sponsorship Opportunities are available from $2000-$10,000 and some include exhibit space and registrations.

8x10 Exhibits are available from $1800-$2200 and include a pipe, drape, and table. Some exhibitors bring full booths, other bring pop-ups, and some just bring marketing materials.

First Time Exhibitors

As an introduction to this group and/or industry, the BSC will work with you to help you work the show, make introductions, and help you have a succesful show. We are offering the following for first-time exhibitors or conference sponsors

Peronal Ambassador to help acquaint you to the group and conference, answer questions, and help introduce you to the right people.
Special Education Session on selling to the systems built industry, hosted by a panel of manufacturers who will give tips on creating a unique program
Pre-Show Conference Call to ask questions, get tips from veterans, and discuss any industry issues

Non-Exhibiting or Conference Sponsoring Suppliers
We rely on the support of our supplier partners to produce this show, and our manufacturers expect to see any supplier who is attending to sponsor or exhibit. Anyone just attending who is seen soliciting in any form will be asked to leave with no refund given. This is a courtesy to those partners who make this conference possible.
