All cancellations must be made in writing to The NAHB University of Housing, Office of the Registrar. Refunds will be given to all requests received by close of business, 5:00 pm ET, Friday, October 9, less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after October 9 are completely non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar.
