Continue Summit conversations on

Facebook at Leadership Connections

Overview

Thanks for attending the Summit.

For continued learning opportunities for association staff and leaders throughout the year, visit www.nahb.org/leadershipwebinars and www.nahb.org/eoc.

The Summit delivers practical, focused curriculum and events to HBA staff and volunteer leaders. The intensive three-day Summit will emphasize. Learn concrete ways to more effectively lead and manage your association. Our skill-building workshops will teach ways to do more with less. You'll discover association trends and determine how your programs, services and operations reflect those trends. And the collaboration and connection with your peers will bring endless benefits.

Plan to bring both staff and volunteer leadership from your association. This is a perfect opportunity to take the knowledge, both from formal and informal discussions, and formulate your goals and ideas for the coming year. You'll gain at least five new tips and ideas that you can easily implement.

This is a great time to plan for the coming year. Set your individual and organizational goals, develop strategies--and so much more. You'll return home with a plan, skills and excitement for the role you hold.

Facebook logoJoin and contribute to the  Facebook NAHB Leadership Connections community where you can connect with fellow attendees to discuss membership, advocacy, communications and association management topics. It's also a great way to "meet" and begin networking even before you get to Dallas. This networking opportunity is worth the price of registration all by itself! Use this page to interact with speakers, to discuss the education session, to share what you're looking to gain from Summit. And then, use this forum to continue conversations throughout the year. This is the forum for association staff and volunteer leaders to share best practices and gain knowledge from each other.
