Overview

The Legal Action Network for Development Strategies (LANDS) Roundtable and Workshop provides consistent and cutting-edge legal education and networking so that those in building industry can better secure favorable decisions nationwide from courts and government agencies that control the use of private land. The LANDS Roundtable is the perfect conduit, bringing together and educating land use and environmental attorneys, home builders/land developers, and home building associations. LANDS speakers bring decades of experience to the table. CLE credit available.


This year’s theme will be 2015 LANDS: Celebrating 25 Years of Legal Action Network for Development Strategies!

Expert speakers will provide a retrospective look at how land use and environmental law has changed over the past 25 years, followed by a discussion of current hot topics, and finally, presentations on emerging land use and environmental law for the next 25 years. In short, this year's Roundtable and Workshop will feature a robust educational experience specifically designed to facilitate discussion and development of litigation experiences and strategies.
