The Most Informed Forecast from Housing’s Sharpest Minds

It’s time to gear up and get ready for housing’s next phase. Find out what the rest of 2009 has in store and how to prepare for 2010. New speakers will join NAHB’s Chief Economist David Crowe and CFC regular Mark Zandi of Moody’s Economy.com to discuss
  • Will recovery start this fall?
  • What steps should builders and others take now?
  • Will home prices still be dropping?
  • How should builders price to be consistent with the competition?
  • Is now the time to buy land?

Get the information you need to be ready for 2010 and beyond. Participate in lunchtime topic tables where Conference speakers will talk about the practical applications of the latest statistics and forecasts.

Unable to attend in person? Watching the Construction Forecast Conference Webcast is easy!

If you can't attend the Construction Forecast Conference in person, you can still participate through the Webcast.
Curious if your computer is capable of running a webcast? Approximately one week before the Construction Forecast Conference, you will receive an e-mail from NAHB with set-up instructions and a link to conference handouts. This e-mail will also include a mock webcast which will help you tune your computer to the right settings and alert you if updated or additional software is needed (which can easily be downloaded from the web). Contact numbers for technical questions will also be included.  Once the conference begins at 9:00 AM ET, you will see it as it happens live, including all presentation slides.  You can even participate in Q & A sessions and have your questions answered live by using the convenient on-screen links. Ten business days after the conference you'll have full access to the video archive of all of the presentations for convenient on-demand viewing for three months.  Full indexing will allow you to jump immediately to any presentation.
