Includes an active adult, service enriched (CCRC, congregate care, assisted living, special needs), multifamily 50+ housing (affordable and market-rate), mixed-use, affordable, renovated or repositioned for-sale or for-rent 50+ housing project. Projects must be completely finished with the design phase or under construction prior to January 16, 2009.
