This award seeks to recognize those builders who are furthering green building through the buildings that they construct. Project types that are eligible for this award are affordable or luxury, and condominium or mixed use or other.

Projects being entered in this category do not have to be certified to the ICC 700-2008 National Green Building Standard™ but they must be scored to it by using the Online Green Scoring Tool available at www.nahbgreen.org.
