Publications that generally use uncoated stock, black and white or limited color, photographs, clipart or graphics, advertisements, and also include articles, columns, and announcements, that are timely in nature. Generally no more than 24 pages in size.
Additional Criteria: Entry must include an overview of funding sources and communication materials used to gather member information and advertisements, if applicable.
