Awards Program Description and Benefits of Entering:
The 2007 Association Excellence Awards Winners were announced during the EOC Seminar in Providence, Rhode Island (August 5-9, 2008). In addition, on the evening of Thursday, August 7, 2008, the Individual Association winners were announced at a formal evening program where they will receive recognition from their peers and plaques to commemorate their achievements. Please see the Related Material below to view past entries, winning Association entries and the Individual Award winners. The Association Excellence Awards (AEA) is an annual awards program designed to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of state and local HBAs and executive officers in the field of association management. The awards program is two-fold, the Association Awards ( categories 101 - 123, 301) and the Individual Awards ( categories 201 - 204). Association Awards
The Association Awards offer a wide variety of category choices for all HBAs to enter. For more information, please see the Association Entry General Criteria. Since the Association Award categories are divided by association size, all associations have equal opportunity to be recognized for their achievements.
Association Awards Size Categories (based on membership size)
250 or less • 251 - 500 • 501 - 750 • 751 - 1000 • 1000+ • State Association - any size
Individual Awards
The Individual Awards allow individual executive officers to be recognized for their accomplishments. Please see the Individual Entry General Criteria.
